As much as I like the right to bear arms, as a culture and a society, much of our populace is unfit to own firearms.

Gun control is and will always continue to be the troll baby of political issues. No one wins by pushing it except special interest groups led by empty-headed soccer moms. If you can't address the 800lb gorilla in the room that is society at large, as well as the media creating each and every one of these shooters into legends as soon as they pull the trigger, there will be no problems solved. You can ban guns, bats, knives, shoes, eggs, toilet paper, rocks, you're still going to have f**k up people watching other f**k up people get famous on TV.

I didn't allow a 12 year old to have a shot gun. Get mad at whoever did.

I think it's been proven that gun advocates will never even consider reevaluating their position on this. Their obtuseness will cost lives, but they don't seem to care a bit as long as they can keep their darling little dick substitutes.
