I've always suspected there's some missing piece of history re: Vikings and modern day Danes. Something just doesn't add up.

I mean with Italians and Romans, I find it all believable because Rome ended with a bunch of barbarians at the gates. Today, the Italians are bunch of crude barbarians (with overrated food, just sayin).
