If you want to sell weed because of some political statement on how you think it should be legalized, yeah for you. Since I believe it should be decriminalized, I can agree with that as a political statement. You've acknowledged that it's illegal, and you do it knowing the likely outcome. In fact, your political statement only becomes a political statement IF you get caught.

But, if you are selling weed because you want to make money, then you deserve to go to jail. It's still a crime. I applaud those trying to change the law. But, until it's no longer a crime . . .
