I can hardly wait for the first case where a woman is charged with sexual assault/rape for screwing a drunk guy.

What happens when both participants are drunk? Do the rapes cancel out or are both people rapists? I wonder if that could deter rape victims from coming forward for fear that they too could be charged.

When both are drunk, both need to be charged with rape. It will be glorious.

Couple this with the new method of vaping alcohol, and I foresee a big problem.

there's a difference between drugging someone so that you can f**k a dead fish and someone willingly getting drunk and making bad decisions including sleeping with you
people drink in order to lower inhibitions. meaning when they took a drink they knew they could do stupid f**k shit. unless a person has never seen a drunk person and never drank before they cannot argue ignorance to the subject (so a drunk amishwoman or something). it's the point of drinking

how about this solution
has to be consented to in writing on a state promulgated form filled out and signed in front of a notary
only then will the world be safe
