The Canadians pulled their people out recently, sounds like things might be hotting up for a war in the near future...

US would use lots and lots and lots of UAVs and Cruise Missiles in those first couple wave. They'd need to take down Iran's AA network before unleashing the manned air-craft.

I dont think it likely- too many variables. Sure, the Isrealites definitely want it to happen but there are too many pragmatists in the US military and government to ever go ahead with it. If something does happen I would predict the Isrealis would go it alone and possibly attempt to drag the US with it.

Now there's something we can afford! An all-out war with the superpower of the middle east. Not only do we have the money to pay for that, I'm sure everybody will love it when oil shoots to $400/bbl or above. That'll help.
