2014 Midterm Election Results

We'll be putting up results soon, but I believe that the GOP and gains control of the Senate by 1-2 seats.
I fervently hope that nothing is decided after tonight (ends up being 49-49), and that LA and GA have runoffs. That would mean huge infusions of cash into our local economy (TV ads run on local news, sign shops making bank on political signs, lots of people employed to walk the streets, etc.).
That said, I find my particular position very interesting. I'd be happy with either Landrieu OR Cassidy winning! I've worked with Cassidy before, and I know him. He's honest, smart, and knows healthcare. But, he's also going to be a junior member, with far less pull them Landrieu has. Landrieu, on the other hand, is one of the most center-leaning democrats in the Senate. She always sides with oil and gas, got HUGE bank for her Obamacare vote, and generally does what the people of LA want. Overall, I'm happy with either of them. How many people in the country can say that?!!
