I'm surprised it took them this long. The reason they're lashing out is that the fallback excuse for them as to why we can't deal with climate change/pollution levels is: why should we have to do it when China's going to do nothing?!?! (Which always was a stupid argument).

Now that that argument is out the window, here we see them nauseatingly and transparently try and recast this as: a war on middle class families and jobs.

Pfft. These bozos have been waging war on the middle class and jobs for decades and now they want to pretend that's what they're outraged about?

Countdown begins NOW to when this is cast as "socialism." 3...2...1...

Best part: since when the f*** did people like Boehner or McConnell care about the middle class, or jobs?

I'd have a lot more respect for these corporate lap monkeys if they said something like "We absolutely oppose this agreement because we need those big coal dollars to remain in office."

Environmentalism has truly become a movement for the haves. If a Republican president made this deal it would be The Party and the not the Republicans criticizing this.
