Water Boarding - 20% chance of reliable intel, 40% chance of false intel, 40% chance of questionable intel (abbreviated as 20/40/40)
Monetary coercion - 40/10/50
Threats of violence - 20/20/60
Isolation (>2wks) - 25/50/25
Or something like that. I guess someone has, it's just not public.
