The President's new immigration policy wasn't enacted by the Congress. As a matter of fact it clearly goes against current laws. Therefore, the courts are the right place to sort this out. Like his NLRB "recess" appointments, this is going to go down 9-0. The healthcare subsidies also clearly violate the law, as written and passed by the democrats. So again, the courts are where it needs to be settled.
How do you think that they should settle it?
