Seems pretty barbaric to kill people like that

fine them a fixed percentage of the companies worth. instead of fining them per gallon, fine them a flat 15% of the billions they're worth. watch how, overnight, oil and gas companies stop having spills.

the government gave them permission to do it. following comrade's lead, the solution is to fine 15% off of the government's worth and give it to the company. watch how overnight, bureaucrats won't change
