Apple Pay is taken at a small percentage of merchants. It's not taken at major retailers like Walmart, Kroger, CVS, etc.

Aren't a majority of computers currently in use in America PC's? Hard to call Apple a monopoly when their product doesn't even make up a majority of the industry.

Apple doesn't have a monopoly. Especially not in the mobile market. Android devices account for 84% of all smartphone sales worldwide, and even that isn't a monopoly, because Android is just an open source operating system used by dozens of different smartphone manufacturers.
Apple has a monopoly only if you consider a monopoly as being the use of their own operating system as a monopoly on Apple products.
