Lucky for this guy, his fund is targeted at the middle class, investors the SEC would describe as "non-sophisticated." Of course, the term non-sophisticated is just a slanderous term introduced to them by greedy bankers, and in no way relates to their ability to understand the risks and fees associated with such a complex investing strategy.
