A 9-year-old Girl Scout was shot and injured in Indianapolis on Tuesday while going out to sell cookies.

Sinai Miller was leaving her apartment with a younger sister to pick up cookies and then start selling them when witnesses say a blue Ford Expedition pulled up, and someone inside the vehicle began shooting at the complex.

WHO shoots a little girl trying to sell COOKIES!? What is wrong with people?! This is getting ridiculous and going way to far. Glad it was not a life threatening shot.

If only the 9 yr old girl had been carrying a gun, she could have defended herself.
The solution to high levels of gun crime in a society is to increase the number of guns.

Maybe it was in self defense? We should wait for all details to come out before jumping to conclusions. I expect a long, exhaustive grand jury trial before we can even determine if these guys should face charges.

Eynon hit the nail on the head. Unfortunately, I don't even know how to solve one of those factors, much less all of them.
