It was only a mater of time before the evidence illegally obtained from all of this surveillance started making it into court openly. This will be the normalization phase against drug dealers or other undesirables that most people would not want to stick up for, then it will be anyone for just about anything like the asset forfeit ad seizure laws.

Non's had some suspicions about some trickle-down of illegal surveillance in a few of my cases. Mostly kiddie-porn stuff.

Its not the govt, its the crooks running it. As it stands today, the SCOTUS is ok with bribery (lobby), and extortion ( ACA, buy it or get fined ). Where it goes from here is any ones guess.
The hardest part of doing nothing is knowing when your done.
