It's pretty crazy that in the very same city where no charges were filed for the killing of Eric Garner, a few miles away the situation is totally different because Brooklyn's DA didn't want to shield this guy while the Staten Island DA would clearly never let a cop go to trial.

Brooklyn DA didn't want to deal with a backlash from not indicting the guy. He would not be indicted if it wasn't so close to the Garner case.
Sigmund Freud defined four parts of a psyche; the id, the ego, the superego and the stratego. The Stratego being the highest form of morality and scientific thinking.
