Been saying it for years, other than not invading another ME country, what has Obama done in the WoT that's a huge difference from what the Bush admin did? Wire-tapping? Check and he expanded its scope. Torture? check. Rendition? Check. Drones? check....and Gitmo is still open for business.

Maybe we need language in the law that provides for the forfeiture of their citizenship when someone decides to join the enemy cause.
Right now we don't have a practical way to enforce against treason without being technically accused of same.
We're tripping over legalism when it comes to exterminating traitors. Which is kinda funny but also really not.
