Are we just gonna let them keep growing more powerful as days go by kind of like the Nazis back in the 30s and wait until its too late? Or is it because deep down we are doing something but we're actually losing the war?

What more should be done? Boots on the ground? Occupation of Iraq 2.0?

I think there should be a concentrated effort by all Muslim nations to battle Da'esh. For it to succeed, that effort must come from them. Outside intervention will only make matters worse. The battlegrounds on which we must fight Da'esh are not only physical and geographical, but also psychological, ideological, and social.
