Nothing is for certain but I would put WW3 at a 90%+ likelihood given the introduction of these weapons. I recommend you contact Menson if you are looking for some good doomsday preparation materials. Yea, he will insist you take a free book of mormon, but he is a really nice guy and has some great deals on canned meats and ammunition.
