A lot wrong here. First, America is one of the worst aggressors against other countries in the world. Our body count in the 21st century far surpasses any other country, including Iran.
Second, we rarely support human rights abroad and, as you note, most of our buds in the middle east are dictatorships.
Iran's support of terrorism and perspective on Israel is entirely unrelated to a nuclear deal.
Finally, Iran has not nor have they expressed any intent to work toward developing a nuclear weapon.
