1. Great paying jobs in skilled fields;
2. Internationally financed weapons program between close allies;
3. Comfy defense gigs for retired military men and women;
4. A hole so large and deep that you have to dig all the way through to the other side.
The fact that the F35 is a piece of shit is irrelevant.
