Posted: Thu May 07, 2015 8:37 pmI don't think we could ever train a cop, soldier or anyone with the ability to legally use force in the 21st century without having some sort of use "deadly force first ask questions later mentality". They have broken down too many doors or had too many close calls happen to them for there to be any other type of response.
If we eliminated the drug war, more than half (if not all) of these people in incidents with cops wouldn't of happened. None of these incidents involved a guy holding a woman hostage or something serious where a cops level of force didn't matter.
