step 1....decriminalize most types of drugs.


step 2....reform the immigration system.


both those steps would go a long way in reducing the existence of significant sub-cultures that many of these kids enter.

Remove boomers from any and every position of power and/or influence and perhaps this country can be great again. But as long as we have these parasites, there is nothing we can do to regain our strength, morality, or glory.
