The tragedy in Charleston showed that Obama hadn’t dealt with the two severe issues, guns and race. The killing of 9 blacks shows that Obama lost all his opportunities to stabilize the society. Now the problems of gun control are symptoms of ‘disease’, which he tried to cure but made matters just worse. The problem of racism became harder too, there is no progress in solving it.

What a shock, it's all Obama's fault. Because he hasn't done anything to bring about rational discussion of race in this country?

In the interest of actually moving this forward, here's a much better answer as to why race relations, lack of opportunities for African Americans and the relationship between AAs and police are at an all-time low: the War on Drugs.
