Children are bombarded with guns while watching the idiot box and movies, video games. You'd be surprised how many children have know idea or are misinformed about everyday living . Terrible story. Very frustrating that children have to pay the price for an adults ignorance. This kid should not be charged but the rightful gun owner should face the full brunt of the law.
