Living under the microscope. Jeb Bush wants to give the NSA

As we can clearly see now the NSA is the most classified structure of the American government. They receive billions of data units everyday and sort them to about 70 different data bases. This informational goes to the White House, NSC, State Department, CIA, FBI and other structures.
After the 9/11 George W. Bush got the possibility to look after anybody to "prevent terrorism". That didn't work actually but until nowadays the agency still is the most subsidized structure in America.
That's why I honestly get terrified imagining what "broader powers" that could be. We all honestly are under the governmental microscope (say hi to the conspiracy lovers). What will be next?
