Personally, I don't think the Founding Fathers would be to happy with America today. We have extremely high taxes, to many laws, to much national debt, income taxes, etc. They would be really mad at how many people rely on the Federal Government for aid also since the Fathers were all men of independence. We're losing rights left and right, and what do we do? Nothing.

They would be horrified that we outlawed slavery.

They'd be very impressed at first, they'd love the university and transportation system. The fetishizing of war, the state, and religion would bug them though.....also free-negros and catholic being everywhere.

I think the founding fathers would've shot themselves if they saw what happened to their country. They surely wouldn't like to see all those black street gangs roaming around the streets. Things were much better back then.
