i do not support gerrymandering. i don't support it so much i am against one person one vote
consider. the following state has two representatives and one big city, the rest is industrial interests. there are 60% of the population in the city, 40% in all other areas. The picture on the left, which 60% is on one side and 40% is on the other, is not gerrymandered. The other one is gerrymandered, splitting the vote so "one person one vote" leads to only the city interest trumping everything
