I've always considered the US to be one of the most diverse countries in the world. Such diversity often plays a role in various debates, such as gun control or immigration.

It was a bit surprising for me to find out that, when it comes to ethnic and cultural diversity, America is actually less diverse than Mexico or Canada (driven largely by massive immigrant populations in Vancouver and Toronto).

In terms of economic and social outcomes, what role do you think ethnic and cultural diversity plays? Is homogeneity only important during the formative years of a nation, or does it maintain it's importance into the present day?

As a mostly Slavic-Scottish-Senegalese whoremonger this phenotype horsetail dingleberry diversity garbage only really matters at the sexual fetish level.

Culturally centric evolution and adaptation (sex and death focused around an energy source over many generations) has led to interesting biological differences between groups... ...but, does it really matter?

One quick Google of "Demographics of X country" will clear this up a bit easier for me than much else will.
