Serious penalty for gun offenses is the most powerful weapon they really have. Im surprised its not used more then it is. You can kill someone, then its off to court to play lets make a deal. That crap needs to end.
The hardest part of doing nothing is knowing when your done.

Can we make this a supreme court decision day thread? We also saw as the supreme court upheld affirmative action and knocked down Obama's immigration executive orders.
