gingrich was a better choice. pence doesn't broaden the appeal of trump at all.

We're really talking about Gingrich vs. Pence here. Both terrible options. Trump needed a McCain-level hail mary. And if it panned out the same way as Palin, so what? Trump's campaign is already headed that direction anyway.
