The people that can afford the Northeast...
Here's a basic description of them.
In Pennsylvania, they live in Blue Bell, King of Prussia, Elkins Park, Cheltenham, Fort Washington.
Villanova, and the Mainline and Society Hill, in Philly.
In New Jersey, they live in Cape May, Ocean, and Gloucester county.
In New York, they live in Bedford Hills.
Not Mainstream Philly as we call Philly, not Mainstream NYC as we call NYC and not Atlantic or Camden County in NJ and they also don't live in Northern NJ either.
And they drive Mercedes Benz, Lexus, Landrover, Jaguar, and occasionally a high end GMC, or a Cadillac or Lincoln, which is beginning to fail to satisfy their economic abilities.
They're not in used cars, or fords, or chevy, unless of course its a specialty item, or a Corvette.
They rent or lease cars that they actually NEED.
They're normally driving the best.
And they wear Ralph Lauren, Armani, Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Jimmy Choo.
Tiffany & Company, Zales, etc.
And occasionally they call Ann Taylor
"Casual Friday".
All of which bottoms at $300 or $400.
They have as much interest in a pair of $150 jordans, as what they have in anal fissures
And they're eating filet Mignon, lamb, tenderloin pork, lobster tails, shrimp.. etc
The best chain restaurant you ever been to, Applebees, Longhorn, Roadhouse, TGI Fridays.
Its garbage (compared).
And they send their kids to private catholic schools, and Montessori and Friends.
And they have Masters degrees from Drexel and IVY league.
That's what I'm talking about, about who can afford the Northeast.
And that isn't me.
They OWN places like roadhouse and applebees.
