He's right, some of the things that have been done in the war on terror are definitely war crimes. For example the use of double-tap air strikes (bombing once, waiting for people to rush in to help, then bombing again).

I guess me and Nader don't agree on much: the drones are about the only thing I agree with Obama on. Why? You can't get much coordinating of attacks done if you're worried that every time you stick your head out the door there is something possibly right there with a mallet ready to play "whack a mole."
