yup. it's also important to note that the us homicide rate has dropped faster than nations who banned guns (UK, AUS) during that same time period (while the us was relaxing restrictions)

Trump likes the military and enforcement industrial complex.
That said I'd expect the number to continue to drop now that leftist have realized it's not a bad idea to own a gun. Government is a known killer.
