with russia there is the possibility of false flag. i think it unlikely with what we know so far but i would not discount it. but yes, if it's not false flag then it is the usual suspect, especially with the fact russia is actually the main antagonist in the middle east these days

The rest of the world needs to leave the Arab countries alone, quit giving them weapons. Then they can fight each other with sticks and rocks in their thousand year old hatred of each other. However, it seems the rest of the world is run by Neanderthals, so letting them alone probably ain't gonna happen.

kyrgyzstan has no arabs. the kyrgyz are a turkic people (think steppe hordes, ottomans)
