My wife belongs to a public sector union, she doesn't have to belong but it's more a peer pressure thing. I'm fine with collective bargaining and so is she. My only problem is they have to pay $720/year in dues for f**k nothing, goes to the state teachers union which does virtually nothing to help the local union out.
Now my son was forced to join a private sector union (when he was in HS for a min wage job) really pissed me off. Union had a deal with the grocery store that they could not hire a person unless they joined the union... I think his monthly dues were higher than my wifes.

And there goes the USSC. Kennedy out soon.
The Dems should find a way to block a nomination for 2 years. That sort of thing is normalsauce now.

Hard core liberals are to lacking in common sense to have a representative on the court. Open boarders and free shit for everyone. It all sounds good till you run out of room and other peoples money to give away.

There was a case similar to this out of California where teachers were forced to be in a union, I thought the courts knocked that down once before.
