I don't think he's winning.
I think SCOTUS has a high chance of actually reading the constitution (a surprise to be sure, but a welcome one) and ban the man. this is because trump has no chance in the general to begin with, despite whatever the polling of random landlines in nebraska yields, and if the SCOTUS was to just reject the plain language, the textualism, and the originalism all to just slober on trump's rooster for no reason I think the court is seriously looking at congressional and presidential chopping block of its authority. INSTEAD i think the court realizes this, and in their self interest, will rule against Trump. it's going to be the Robert's court's West Coast Hotel Co. v. Parrish
but even if he's on the ballot, jesus f**k christ, he's such a horrible candidate. the guy just loses constantly. what are the repugs thinking
oh that's right, they aren't
they aren't even going to run a candidate here in minnesota for the senate seat. they have $53 to their name and 350k in debt last we saw into their finances, and are squabbling. it's like that the whole country over. and yet nationally, they are all kowtowing to The Don because primaries are a broken mess and the reactionaries have captured the GOP
