Oh its true. Now watch them both start generating fantastic revenues and save piles of money by not having to chase down and prosecute every guy trying to fire one up.
Every dollar is a dollar that doesn't wind up in a Mexican cartel violence fund.

The problem comes, as I understand it, in that states cannot pass laws that override federal law and federal law still bans pot. I could be wrong and I'd sure like some explanation of this as I'm confused.

We'll have to see if the feds feel any strong urge to start harassing the general public under these conditions. The DEA isn't actually in the business of chasing down individual ounces of weed. Thats always been a police mater. Now...it isn't.
