Obama should have gone all the way towards single-payer, universal health care.

Canada's universal health care is viewed by most corporations as a huge boon for business, as they don't need to cover basic medical expenses, just drugs and dental. Cuts costs alot and makes Canada more competitive.

Basically, Obamacare is unlikely to do the job as well, because psychotic Republicans refuse to fix a broken system. Too bad really.

Those damn poor people are ruining the WORLD with their power and influence! Every business layoff is Obama's fault!

So called 'Obamacare' is a mess.

Stupid, stupid time to do this as i've said from day one. Yes your system is pretty terrible at the moment, reforming it however in a peicemiel fashion like is happening is going to incur some serious costs to the economy. In this phase at least making the labour market more restrictive is a damn near certainty.

And yes, I know 'its supposed to save money over the long term' 'it'll make it more affordable' yadadada, long term is not my point. Short and medium term effects on a economy which is not in the rudest of health, more what i'm concerned with here.
