Make View Active Topic Available without Logging In

Make "View Active Topics" available without logging in and in big fonts. Imagine you're a potential member to PCF. You don't have the ability to view active topics. You check General Discussion, and it looks kinda dead. You check back again the next day and it still looks kinda dead. It's too time consuming to check every single forum to see if there is a discussion going on. Eventually you just stop coming. But if you can see that there are actually discussions going on, you may decide to join. This also applies to current member who may not know about the "view active topics" option.

This is a good idea. It would be nice to see three or four active topics listed at the top of the boards list as well... that would be a good module.

Its something to look at but we had a portal page over at PP that did a similar thing and people said they hated it.
