Pictures opening in Tabs

Howdy,

Currently, pictures are opening up in Tabs as opposed to in Pop up windows when you click on one in a thread. IE 9 users were having problems with the pictures not opening up in a pop up, even with pop up blocker turned off. I'll change the settings back to Pop Up instead of opening in a new tab once I find the bug in the code and correct it.
