This has been around for a while, and so far no one has even come close to breaking the code and reading the message. It is interesting as we become more information orientated that we expect knowledge not to be lost. But within 40 years of the end of WW2 this message can not be read, despite 30 years of effort

I'd laugh if it was just someone messing around back then, writing a load of random letters just to be confusing.
