McConnell made it crystal clean TWICE that the GOP wasn't going to lift a finger to help Obama, or help Obama fix the economy.. All he and the GOP was concerned about was making Obama and his economy look bad so the GOP could win back the WH in 2012.. And they didn't lift a finger.. They didn't contribute at all to the 'rising tax revenues'..
So the GOP doesn't deserve ONE OUNCE of credit for this recovery or surplus.. Zip..
