Yeah, but nothing that retains that information without a power source over long periods of time. Scholars in the far future won't be able to read any of our inscriptions and know about how we lived.
Our consumer culture is very ephemeral. Our type of industry doesn't produce things that are designed to last a long time so not many of those types of artifacts will be around to study and our cultural data is stored in electronic memory.
It would be weird if no one in the future ever knew about our culture because of that characteristic of our society.

You can retain the data without a power source. Like an unplugged external hard drive.

In 10,000 years our landfills could be an archelogical tresure. Mt Rushmore, the Hoover dam, etc could be our version of the pyramids. The lunar landing sites could last for eons. As advanced as we seem to be, its all quite fragile. Just one massive well aimed solar CME, and were instantly a hundred years in the past.
The hardest part of doing nothing is knowing when your done.

Now , as in the past , the survivors of this high-tech civilization in the case of a terminal collapse , will be those who live on the edges and revel in the capacity to do things without the high expense backup technical class depended on by the mainline heute-teute(a valid misspelling derived from old Germanic usage) .

I wish I could read a history book published in 2050, today,lol. Our society as advanced as it is, is also about as fragile as an eggshell. One massive solar cme away from chaos,among other things I hope our machines can comprehend finite better then we seem to be. Perpetual growth in a finite world is an illusion. What we have is no plan + an illusion. What we need is sustainability for the long run. Things can be renewed, and that could very well save our ass some day. But they will never be renewed on an infinite scale.
