I've always thought he was a pretty brilliant mind. Kind of a dick, but brilliant nonetheless.

The Pulpit topics still need to basically work like a normal topic, minus a "source link". I don't think your opinion is long enough to really know what you are talking about here. Can we get a bit more substance on what we are talking about in the OP?
What makes him so smart? What has he done that you agree with? Is this based on something recent or are you studying something in class that brings him up?

Well I agree sort of but not in the basis that textualism is inherently better, but just because Scalia can always make an eloquent and compelling argument for it even when I disagree with him.
