Beyond the fact that it is logistically impossible, beyond the fact that you'd have to literally invade the country to do it (and so why bother), and beyond the fact that it would harm innocents equally as ISIS... not a bad idea.

Manipulation on that scale would probably require the expertise of the Dumbacrat hierarchy. The did a pretty damm good job on the primaries it seems. As the Bernie fans are now seeing.
The hardest part of doing nothing is knowing when your done.

Really that would require more than manipulation and would necessarily require global military occupations, coups and war. No President can or would do that. Hence the abject stupidity.
