It's a stupid f**k rule and there is a reason battery, along with assault, is shouted by every litigious whiner ever. Not that hard to prove if you bother to sue.

He called her fat, she called him a pig, and other schoolyard mentality taking center stage in who will run the most powerful country in the world. Its almost time to get a condo in Cuba. Thought about Canada, but I am not a big fan of cold. Personally, I think its time for America to have a leader that is capable of telling some piece of shit they are a piece of shit.
