What do you mean don't have rockets? Rockets are the only way that Hamas can draw Israel into open conflict, which enables them to target members of the Israeli military. Other then that, they don't have any other options. I don't really think you understand the reality on the ground. Gaza is an open-air prison, and the rockets are an attempt to get the guards to venture into the yard. That is the entire point of the exercise.
The simple truth of the matter is that you will support Israel's decisions regardless of what Hamas does.

Israel should find out where the Hamas rockets are manufactured, then strike that. Catching them on the fly is a bit last minute. A weed needs to be pulled out at its roots, just trimming it solves nothing.
The hardest part of doing nothing is knowing when your done.
