Actually a small barrel of industrial waste can contimate millions of gallons of groundwater. It's nowhere near the same scale. That is totally a negligible amount of cows to be on a range that size. Grazing animals do not destroy range unless they are over populated and this is in no way a case overpopulation.
That's just a pretext.

That's ridiculous.
Anyway there are now reports that some Chinese corporation had a deal to build a solar panel farm or something on that range and the BLM itself has been engaged in activities that have been destroying that species.
I don't know how accurate those reports are yet, but I suspected something of the sort. Pretty typical, really.
