Should have required them to have the scales that measure BMI everywhere. If you're over the CDC threshold for being overweight...."NO SODA FOR YOU!" Punish the fatties, not everyone!

This law really isnt that ridiculous. If you want 32 ounces, just buy 2. Heaven forbid bloomberg make you conscious of how much you consume.
