Haha I am? I'm pretty sure whatever plan you think I came up with is just an absurd conclusion you erroneously drew from my posts.

I've made a number of suggestions, of course I'm not responsible for military planning, nor am I trained. So for me to point out that the US military should be able to keep tabs on two or three hundred vehicles operating in units in Iraq is enough. This isn't your philosophy class Comrade.

There is a difference between suggesting Obama lowers the unemployment rate, and laying out the exact mechanisms he should use to do it. Most people can't talk about more than one or two topics expertly. How to conduct surveillance operations using American military resources I don't know about isn't my area of expertise, but arguing it is a bad idea on the basis I'm not an expert is just stupid as shit.

Comrade: Can tell you oodles about military specs, has no real world military training or experience at all, demands expertise on all military issues in order to comment.

It isn't unnecessary. Otherwise we wouldn't be talking about needing to destroy them. And why the f**k are you victory dancing lol? Gimme a link showing they've been destroyed.

Of course I'm sure this will cost less money and resources then keeping routine tabs on them and acting aggressively to prevent them being stolen and dispersed, using resources already in place.
